Shihab A. Khalil

Mr. Khalil is an entrepreneur and senior executive with in-depth experience in multiple industries, such as Technology, Capital Markets & Financial Services, Insurance, Retail & Distribution, and Telco.

He founded SK Advisory in 2009, and in a relatively short period of time, the company has introduced a new advanced concept in online brokerage for the regional and international markets.

 Previously, he founded Orion TradeSoft which was one of the region’s powerhouses in financial technology solutions for the financial brokerage industry, and served as the Chief Electronic Trading & Strategic Initiatives in Orion Holding Overseas after selling his company to Orion Holding.

Mr. Khalil received his B.S. degree in Computer Engineering from Wright State University, Ohio, his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from New York Institute of Technology, and his LLM Masters of Laws – International Law and Global Leadership from Aristotle University College of Law, California, USA.
